XOX e-Mall is an online store to offers customer a convenient, hassle free online shopping experience with doorstep delivery by loyalty point (XOX subscriber only) or cash (currently not available) through online payment gateway then the product will be delivered to your home.
Currently only accept redemption using XOX loyalty point.
Yes, you may use your existing Self-Care login ID to logon to XOX e-Mall but if you are a XOX subscriber and do not have a Self-Care login ID, please register your account at https://selfcare.xox.com.my/SelfCare/Login
If a XOX subscriber who registers an e-Mall login ID, will have to logon to https://selfcare.xox.com.my/SelfCare/Login and add their current XOX mobile number in order for them to download free contents on e-Mall.
Your delivery will be sent to you via courier service.
You will receive the products within 14 working days.
Once the order has been process by our system, we cannot cancel or change the order.
